A comeback! ...maybe.

Sun Jun 3, 2007, 8:24 PM
Well, that didn't last long, did it. Or at all. Heh.

Well, my life's starting to settle down a little. Maybe I'll be able to keep up with my writing now.

For now, you'll have to be satisfied with a couple character background I wrote for a D&D game I'm in.

Edit: Argh, dA is frustrating to use as a writer. It kills indentation and spacing. If anyone knows a way around that that doesn't require me to write my stories in html, I'd appreciate it.

Hm. Okay, I haven't updated in forever.

Mainly because I haven't written. I have a job now, and a real lack of creativity. Over the next couple weeks, I'm going to force myself to write SOMETHING every three days and post it up here. Probably nothing too awesome, but SOMETHING.

Wish me luck.

And how am I getting page views, anyways?!

So... two weeks ago I've had this account open for two years. Heh, it seems like it's been so much longer... and yet a lot's happened.
In a month, I'll be graduating from college. From then on... who knows?

In other news, I STILL hate the way dA drops formatting, and if I can possibly find another place that lets you upload docs and keep it, I may switch.

Woohah.

So, I'm in the advanced creative writing class next semester. You'll have to put up with me writing even longer pieces! *Grin* Yeah, I know. I'll have to be more consistent. And I will be. And I won't wait to the last minute!

Two new uploads today. A scrap, under At the Table, which I thought was coming along rather nicely. Another story beginning for me to maybe do something with later on.

Secondly, a deviation under Cardinal Directions that I kinda don't like, but I figured I'd upload anyways to get everyone's reaction. I sorta know where it's headed, but I don't know if I want to take it there. So we'll see.

It's always the waiting that's the hardest.

In about a week and a half, our class'll be spending an entire session talking about my newest piece (version 2 of Shards of Tordar).

And, despite it all, I must admit that I'm nervous. I suppose we'll just see how it goes, hm?
